What the developer wrote
The game's artwork (chapter illustrations, ending vignettes, and store art) was pre-generated using generative AI tools and then curated, edited, and composited by the team. The in-game backgrounds, the title screen and the paper the letters are set on were made the same way. The narrative was written with substantial AI assistance under human direction and editorial review. The music was generated with AI tools; ambience and effects are recorded sound. All AI-generated content ships pre-rendered; the game performs no live AI generation.
